Leeann Kaminsky is the Sr. Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer of the West Virginia University Health System. The West Virginia University Health System, a $7 billion dollar organization is the state’s largest health system and largest private employer and is comprised of twenty-five hospitals and has over 35,000 employees. WVU Health System serves West Virginia, Western Maryland, Eastern Ohio, and Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Leeann joined WVUHS in 2016.  Since that time, she has led the integration of HR services across WVUHS including standardizing and integrating all benefit plans, compensation, HR operations/administration, and policies and procedures. This has expanded the programs and services offered to employees and managers and improved the customer experience.

Matthew is the Director of Learning and Talent Management at WVU Medicine, where he leads enterprise-wide strategies for leadership development, talent management, and organizational learning. He oversees employee engagement, a blended leadership and professional skills curriculum, and the optimization of Workday to enhance education and performance management. With a strong focus on building stakeholder relationships, he ensures learning initiatives align with business objectives.
 
Before joining WVU Medicine in 2019, Matthew worked in higher education and management consulting at PwC, specializing in training and development. His expertise includes learning solutions, change management, and leadership excellence.

Ashleigh is a Learning Consultant with 15+ years of healthcare experience within WVU Medicine, where she supports key system learning initiatives including employee engagement, new employee orientation and curriculum design for both leadership and professional development. 

Prior to serving in a Learning Consultant role, Ashleigh began her work in healthcare at the patient bedside in Rehabilitation Services as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
