Chelsea Mooneyhan serves as the Associate Vice President of Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness at OU Health in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  She has a Master’s Degree in Public Health and is a Certified Patient Experience Professional with an 11-year career in healthcare. Chelsea has improved the lives of patients and team members through impactful roles, including: Volunteer Program Development, Program Management-Clinical Trials Operations, Director of Experience, and Managing Consultant.  Within her current role at OU Health, she has launched the system’s first Performance Management System, Rise 365-day Onboarding Model, Town Hall framework and the Employee Listening Lifecycle which captures employee insights across the employee experience.

Dr. Dieringer is a healthcare professional with over 13 years of bed-side experience. As an advisor at Press Ganey, she is responsible for providing guidance, training, leadership, and expertise in the field of employee and physician engagement.

In her role, Dr. Dieringer serves as a strategic partner to executive level decision makers and facilitates the development of improvement plans based on each organization’s strategy and metrics. These customized plans give senior leadership and management a roadmap to strengthen teams and organizational culture while providing safe, high quality patient care.

Before her current position, she worked bedside in the Intensive Care and Open-Heart Recovery Units for 13+ years at her local hospital. She was responsible for patient care, assisting with diagnostic testing, bedside procedures, and physician support. During her tenure at Press Ganey, she has served as both an Account Manager and Data Analyst prior to her appointment as an Advisor.

Dr. Dieringer obtained her PhD in Health Sciences at Rush University in 2026. Her dissertation showcased how resilience impacted turnover intention nationally in healthcare workers across the pandemic timeline. She completed her Master of Business Administration in 2021 with a focus in Evidence Based Analytics while being mentored by Dr. David Tobey the Executive Director and Principal Investigator of the National Cyberwatch Center to research leadership in favor of strengthening the national workforce.
