This frontline-driven process produced a clear roadmap for action—helping reduce RN turnover to below 11% and boosting RN engagement from the 33rd to the 60th percentile. These insights helped lay the foundation for broader nursing strategy shifts across communication, resources, recognition, innovation, and well‑being.
