Greg Prentiss currently serves as Principal, Consulting at Press Ganey, a position held since January 2015, where efforts focus on reducing preventable harm in healthcare through high reliability methods. Greg's experience includes serving as the Director of the Air Warfare Division at the Operational Test and Evaluation Force from March 2010 to January 2015, where oversight included Navy Operational Test and Evaluation for all aviation programs. Additionally, Greg was the Chief of Staff for the Combined Maritime Force in NAVCNET, Bahrain, from February 2009 to February 2010, managing operations within a multinational coalition. Earlier experience includes a role as Operations Officer in the U.S. Navy from November 2006 to November 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts in History/Business from the University of Virginia.

Dr. Laura Arline is Vice President and Chief Quality Officer for BayCare Health System, a large not-for-profit healthcare system in the Tampa Bay region of Florida. A BayCare physician since 2005, she practiced internal medicine and pediatrics before transitioning into full-time quality and safety leadership in 2018. She now leads system-wide efforts across quality, safety, regulatory, clinical documentation integrity, and infection prevention, with a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality care.

Dr. Arline is deeply committed to clinical excellence and advancing patient safety through continuous improvement. She is a strong advocate for transparency, learning, and high-reliability practices, grounded in her belief that every metric represents a patient life.

Ann Marie Swindler is Vice President /Chief Risk Officer of BayCare Health System, a not-for-profit health system serving communities in West Central Florida, including Tampa Bay. Ms. Swindler oversees Clinical Risk Management, Claims and Litigation Management, and Insurance. She joined BayCare in 2024 with nearly 30 years of experience, including 20 years focusing on health care risk services. Ms. Swindler is dedicated to supporting excellent outcomes for patients, families, team members, visitors, and volunteers. She considers collaboration the most important tool in the risk services toolbox and is committed to making BayCare the best place to work, receive, and provide care as it continues its mission to improve the health of all it serves.

Kris Betts is the Vice President, Team Member Relations for BayCare Health System, with responsibilities for 16 hospitals, the Ambulatory, Behavioral Health and HomeCare Divisions, as well as our System Office.  BayCare is a leading community-based health system serving patients primarily in five counties in the Tampa Bay Region – Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk and Manatee; however, BayCare’s reach expands even wider in several additional counties providing Behavioral Health, HomeCare and Ambulatory services. 

Heather Reed, CPHQ, APTD, is the Senior Director of the Press Ganey Patient Safety Organization (PSO) – the largest and fastest growing patient safety organization in the country. Heather leads the Press Ganey PSO, providing oversight of its analytics, industry insights, legal protections, monthly safety and high reliability learning forums, client community, and service delivery model. Her expertise in adult learning theory, project management, Press Ganey safety and high reliability organizing skills, and Safety Culture measurement has allowed for effective leadership of Press Ganey’s rapidly growing PSO, now partnering with over 120 health systems across the U.S. She also oversees product development in partnership with Press Ganey’s machine learning and data science teams to drive the analytics offered by Press Ganey’s safety solutions into the ever-evolving future. Prior to leading Press Ganey’s Patient Safety Organization, Heather was the primary Advisor for Press Ganey’s Safety Culture business unit and led development of Press Ganey’s industry-leading safety and high reliability education development.
