As organizations advance their safety journeys, many are focusing on how to create environments where reporting, learning, and accountability can thrive. Achieving zero harm requires a culture that supports open dialogue, fair and consistent responses to events, and continuous learning that helps prevent future harm.

Join leaders from BayCare and Press Ganey for an engaging discussion on the critical role Just Culture plays in advancing safety, trust, and high reliability. Through candid reflections on BayCare’s journey, attendees will learn how the organization has worked to build a fair, just, and transparent culture that encourages reporting, strengthens accountability, and shifts the focus from individual blame to system improvement.

Whether your organization is just beginning its Just Culture journey or looking to deepen its impact, this session will provide practical insights and real-world lessons for building a culture where people feel safe to speak up, leaders respond consistently and fairly, and learning becomes a daily practice.
